To top it all, our systems are responsible to the ever-changing environment.
The system encompasses all the processes at our center viz. Counseling, Registration, Classroom Delivery, Student Feedback, etc. Each process is governed by its own Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Check Sheets to ensure uniformity across all our centers. The systems are integrated through proprietary software which holds all the records beginning from the front desk.
Our back office is equally systematized. Our team keeps the material updated as to reflect the trends of the latest tests. Printed material passes through strict quality checks. All the employees are regularly appraised using 360 appraised systems. In short, our back office is as a world-class manufacturing unit.
We intend to incorporate the same system at the end of our associates as well. That is not to say that the associates lose all their freedom to innovate. We would rather welcome and encourage them to add their own flavour to our systems. By integrating all the partners through the common system we would be able to play an effective team.
